Refunds and exchanges are not available. No exceptions are made, but not limited to,
If you change your mind, there are unforeseen circumstances or cancellation occurs. All of our bridal gowns and accessories are made to order and are pre-ordered unless specified or you are purchasing an ex-sample item.
Shipping is by NZ Post (National) or DHL (International - by request only) and you will be notified when your order is sent along with tracking details. National deliveries can take up to 7 business days.
Pre-Order items take a minimum of 4 weeks to be made. Ex-sample items will be available 2 days after placing your order.
In store pick up is available from our Auckland studio.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Full payment or a minimum 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your remaining balance payment is due 2 months (for Standard Deliveries) or sooner from the date of this invoice or is due when your order arrives, whichever is sooner.
All Rush Orders & Ex-Sample purchases require full payment and are final with no refunds or exchanges.
Collection or delivery of your order must be made within 1 month of your order arriving at Felicitys. We will contact you as soon as your order arrives. Your order is made specifically for you and further additional changes and requests cannot be accepted. No cancellations allowed. By paying your deposit you enter into this Agreement with Felicitys Bridal and you are contractually agreed to pay for your order in full.
Your bridal gown will be made according to the designers size chart and you can expect to require some alterations. You agree to the size being ordered for you based on your measurements taken at the time of placing your order. There can be some minor variation between each garment made and Felicitys is not liable for any weight gain or loss or change in circumstances that may result in your gown no longer fitting.
Our alterations service is subject to change at any time and is offered exclusively for our brides depending on availability. Any quotes are subject to change at any time and are charged separately, payable at your First Fitting.
