What sizes are your sample dresses?
We try to carry a range of sizes, however most of our gowns are in the standard sample size 10 and 12. Our current range is from size 6 to size 20.
Please contact us prior to your appointment if you have any questions regarding sizing.
What if I can't try on a gown because it isn't my size?
We will do our best to give you a clear idea of what the style would look like on you. We may have other gowns in your size that are similar to try on. Our experienced stylists can assist you with selecting the perfect gown for you even if you cannot try the exact gown on.

Made With Love $3500 to over $4800
Grace Loves Lace $2800 to over $4000
Jane Hill $4600 to over $8000
&ForLove $4600 to over $7000

How long does it take to have my gown made?
All of our designers take between 5 to 9 months to be made with standard delivery.
There are express delivery options available seasonally for an additional charge.
We require 10 weeks for in-house tailoring and alterations once your gown arrives, express alterations are also available upon request at an additional cost.
Appointments
Do I need to make an appointment?
We are open by appointment only. Bridal appointments are one on one with an experienced stylist.
We are often booked up to 2 months in advance for weekend appointments so it is best to book early to ensure your desired time and date.

Is there a charge for my appointment?
There is a one-off charge for First Consultations which will be credited towards your made to order gown. You can visit as many times as you like to retry your favourites.
How long is my appointment?
1 or 1.5 hour appointments are available.
What if my preferred appointment time is not available?
Occasionally we have additional time not visible online. If you can't see your preferred date and time please contact us and we will see if we can fit you in.
If the date you would like is already booked, you can join our waitlist.
Do you have Lift access?
Yes! We are located on Level 2.
Orders & Alterations
I have chosen my bridal gown and need to place my order, what now?
Congratulations!
You are welcome to come back in to the boutique or we can complete your order online if we have already taken your measurements in store. Please note that we will need your shoes or something of a similar height for these measurements.
We kindly request full payment or 50% deposit is payable with the balance due 1/2 way through your delivery. Full payment is required for Rush Orders and Ex-Sample purchases. Once your deposit has been paid please note there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations allowed due to the custom nature of each order.
What does 'made to order' mean when ordering my gown?
We don't hold stock of any styles and the making of your gown will begin once you have chosen your dress and placed your order. At the time of ordering, we will take your measurements and order the closest standard size to your measurements or may recommend a 'split size'. Your shoes are required for these measurements or the heel height you will be wearing on the day.
Your gown will require alterations once it arrives to ensure the perfect fit, and it is common that your gown will not fit perfectly when you first try it on.
Can you complete any alterations?
We offer exclusive packages for Felicitys brides starting at $500.00. We require 8 weeks for this service with an Express service available for an additional fee.
My gown has arrived what happens now?
Your gown may take up to 6 months to be made and delivered to Felicitys unless specified. We will contact you directly to arrange a 30 minute 'Dress Collection' appointment to be completed within 1 month.
You will take your gown home with you in a dress bag.
If your alterations are being completed by Felicitys you will bring your gown to your first fitting where it will remain until your alterations are complete.
Trunk Shows
What is a Trunk Show?
A Trunk Show is when a designer provides us with an entire collection to showcase in store.
This is your only chance to view entire collection for a limited time. Plus order during this time to receive a discount on your dress.
Do I need to make an appointment for the Trunk Show?
All of our Trunk Shows are run by appointment only. You can book a Trunk Show appointment under the designer of your choice here.
Please make sure to book within the listed Trunk Show dates when reserving your space.

When do I need to place my order to receive a discount?
Each designer will offer a discount for gowns ordered during the Trunk Show.
To receive this discount, your order must be placed within the dates of the Trunk Show. This can be done online or in store.
